When you use Edyt.me to do work for you, you're hiring us as a service provider. Working on your resume, cover letter, and selection criteria can take considerable time.
Refund Policy
We promise to deliver orders on time and under the client criteria specified in the order. In case of a policy breach, the customer is entitled to a partial or full return under our 100% guarantee policy.
Money-Back Guarantee Policy
Clients can request a refund if they are dissatisfied with the service. We take pride in producing high-quality work. As a result, we provide high-quality assistance with resumes, portfolios, cover letters, and other documents. If you are dissatisfied with our services for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund.
Over 95% of our customers return with additional orders. However, mistakes do happen, and in these circumstances, you can always adhere to our refund policy. We can only offer a complete refund in limited circumstances. They are as follows:
- If an expert is not assigned to your request, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid.
- If the expert was confirmed and less than half of the work was finished, you opted to cancel the order. In this case, the reimbursement amount ranges from 100% to 75% to account for the company's and resume writer's efforts.
- Although the expert had been confirmed and over half the deadline had passed, the customer opted to cancel the order. The amount of the refund can range between 50% and 0%.
- In case of late delivery, this happens only if the expert is ill or in any emergency. At this point, the customer has the right to request a refund in case of a delay ONLY if they have NOT downloaded the work.
Revision Policy
- To receive a free revision of the product, the Customer must submit a revision request in writing via the Messaging System within (45/60/90) calendar days of the Order delivery date and no later than thirty (30) calendar days for any portfolio, cover letters, letter of recommendation, or transcript.
- If the revision instructions contradict the initial Order instructions, the Quality Assurance Department reserves the right to deny the modification request. In such circumstances, the Customer may be asked to pay an additional fee for the requested adjustments or make an editing order.
- If the Customer's action displays apparent exploitation of the expert or other inappropriate requests, the Quality Assurance Department reserves the right to deny or limit numerous revision requests.
- If the request satisfies all of the standards outlined in these Terms and Conditions, our Company will change the given service at no cost.
